Its own PRODUCTION_READY_REPORT.md documents specific bugs the review process found and fixed, rather than asserting a clean bill of health — the kind of self-disclosed audit trail this whole page tries to hold every entry to.
It's not standing alone: Execution-Governed, a separate Dockerized service on this page, imports caretaker_foundation directly at the code level. That's a real, evidenced dependency, not a naming coincidence between two similarly-themed projects.
